Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Christmas at Home session. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your session to receive a credit toward a future date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend your session will result in no refund or credit. If an emergency or unforeseen situation occurs (such as illness or weather conditions), please contact us — we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.
